Inifinty park, located at the intersection of Raanana and Kfar Saba was designed for efficiency, comfort, and beauty. The project’s location and design encourage use of alternative transportation by walkable design, bicycle parking and facilities, and short walking distances to busses and the train. Occupants can take advantage of extensive open areas, more that 45% of the site area, 25% of which is green space.
Inside the building more than 95% of the space has access to daylight, which is enhances by the unique façade that incorporates fins which increase comfort and reduce energy use.
Using water saving fixtures, the project boasts planned water savings of over 30% as well as uses the condensation water from the HVAC systems to fully cover the landscaping water needs.
In order to achieve energy savings the project implemented, high efficiency cooling systems, sensors in the parking lot to reduce the ventilation energy use, energy saving lighting fixtures, advanced façade with integrated external fins for shading, and BMS system for best practice energy management.
Congratulations to Reit 1 and the rest of the project team on the achievement!
