Alfa currently oversees Smart City and Sustainable design for the Jerusalem Gateway Project. This NIS 1.4 billion project will completely revamp the entrance to Jerusalem, and will be made up of over 1,000,000-square meters built area. The new district will include 24 new office buildings, commercial and retail space, and leisure and cultural spaces to help boost the economy and attract more people to the city. Alfa’s Smart City and Sustainability strategy for the project in based on Integrative Design, Smart User Interface, Towards Triple Net Zero (Energy, Water, and Waste), and Certified Green Building.
