The Broshim Campus of Tel Aviv University consists of over 1,300 student apartments buildings with ground level retail space. Alfa served as the sustainability consultant for the project, and through our direction, Clusters C, D, and E, eight high-rise dormitory buildings in total, have achieved LEED Gold certification. Located on a university campus, we emphasized sustainability education by installing signs were on campus describing the sustainable design elements.
