The Amot Atrium Tower, designed by Moshe Tzur and developed by Amot Investments, stands at 158 meters in Ramat Gan- the 10th tallest building in Israel. Alfa worked as both the sustainability consultant and LEED consultant, helping the project achieve LEED Platinum ® certification. Amot Atrium is the first office tower in Israel to reach Platinum Certification, the highest LEED®certification. This office tower is equipped with a high efficiency double skin façade, which achieves an estimated 36% energy savings.
