This amazing project is located in Mitcham 1000, Rishon LeZion, Israel and is the headquarters of Discount Group.
The “spirit” of the building combines the use of indoor and outdoor spaces by connecting the 3 office buildings around a landscaped courtyard.
The building achieved LEED Gold in November 2023 . Alfa completed the LEED certification to a higher rating than was initially planned.

ALFA facilitated a unique IDP (Integrated Design Process) aimed at maximizing sustainable design to meet the client's goals.
The result is a sustainable high quality project to which all design team members contributed.
Passive measures and a controlled double-skin facade with internal blinds drive 46% energy savings versus ASHRAE 90.1-2010; the project eliminates 100% of potable irrigation through recycled condensate and collected water, fits F7 high-grade filtration on all main air units, and delivers 30% more fresh air.
