Background

Sarona Tower is a high-end mixed-use building in Tel Aviv's southern Sarona business district, near the Azrieli towers. It offers 50 floors of office space, a three-story mall and a seven-story underground parking lot. Sustainable features include a high-performance double-skin façade and a cooling-tower bleed-off water recycling system.

LEED v5 Pilot

Alfa was selected to lead the LEED v5 O+M pilot for Sarona office tower. One of 11 buildings in the world selected to be among the first to implement the new standard. The tower is the first to achieve LEED v5 certification in the Middle East.

High-performance office building certified LEED v4 BD+C Gold and upgraded to LEED O+M Platinum v5.
