Alfa led and completed the LEED Commercial Interior® certification for Google-Waze office floors at ELCO tower in Tel Aviv, achieving LEED Platinum® certification. The project includes office spaces with exceptional occupant comfort and energy and water efficiency, as well as incorporated innovative features, such as automatic lighting and blinds that respond to daylight levels.
