Totzeret Haaretz is a speculative office building located in Tel Aviv, Israel within walking distance of many famous attractions including: Azrieli Mall, Sarona Complex, Hashalom Train Station. The building will have over 53,000 m2 of office space available for future tenants. There will be four floors underground for parking, showers and changing facilities, and bicycle storage, and 28 above ground. There are several restaurants planned for the building, including one on the rooftop. The project is due to be completed in 2018. Alfa oversees the LEED® consulting on the project.

Omer graduated from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology with a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering, with a focus on Heat Transfer and Renewable Energy.
