Gav Yam Negev 3, located in the Advanced Technologies Park in Beersheva, Israel, is the newest addition to the high-tech R&D business park. Near the BeerSheva North rail station, the park serves as a cutting-edge work environment, bringing together academics (Ben Gurion University), the defense industry, and private industry. Alfa managed the LEED® design and certification for the project.
